1、SBS增韧酚醛树脂-杨永强沈阳理工大学学士学位论文摘要酚醛树脂具有优异的机械性、耐热性、耐寒性、尺寸稳定性、电绝缘性、成型加工性、阻燃性及烟雾性,而且这些性能又取得很好的平衡,且价格便宜,但是,它的其中一个缺点是韧性差。本研究采用SBS做为改性单体,利用物理共混的方法,使产物结构中弹性结构单元与酚醛树脂相结合,提高树脂韧性。实验结果表明,5g20%SBS(YH-801)的增韧剂增韧酚醛树脂增韧效果最好,增韧后树脂粘度为17.2866,树脂抗弯曲强度64.22Pa,树脂冲击强度5.8KJ/m,发泡所的泡沫表面密实光滑、韧性较好。关键词:酚
