3、sofsocialrationalization.Student’ofsocialcontrolanddeviance,particularlythoseinfluencedbylabelingtheory,citeDisciplineandPunishasarevolutioninthestudyofcrimeandcriminality.Foucault’sinstitutionalstudiesalsohavehadimplicationsforresearchonorganizations.Foucault’snumerousbo

4、oksandhundredsofessaysandinterviewscontributesignificantlytosuchfamiliar,ifdisturbing,trendsasthecritiqueoftheSubjectasafoundationofepistemologyandmoralphilosophy;thetransformationofhistoricalmethodtowardapost-positivistmethodofgenealogicalresearch;theearlydevelopmentofwh
