1、日产5000吨水泥熟料水泥厂新型干法窑尾烧成系统工艺设计摘要本次设计的任务是5000t/d水泥熟料新型干法生产线烧成系统窑尾工艺设计。预热器主要分为四级预热器和五级旋风预热器两种:其主要区别在于第一级预热器出口废气温度、废气量以个水泥生产线的耗煤量。根据国内新型干法水泥生产的情况,窑尾烟气量可达1.5-1.9Nm3/kg(煤粉燃烧后产生的理论烟气量为0.8-1.2Nm3/kg、0.2-0.4Nm3/kg的漏风、过剩空气、盐类分解、自由水蒸发、高岭土脱水、空气带入含湿量等)。四级预热器窑由于少了一级预热故本次设计选用五级悬浮预热器。器,
