4、考件)······································,········⋯⋯337中华人民共和国电力行业标准DL424-1991火电厂用工业硫酸试验方法适用范围本方法适用于接触法、塔式法制取的工业硫酸质量检验。符合一级标准的工业硫酸,可用于火力发电厂,作再生(还原)阳离子交换器使用。2引用标准GB534工业硫酸GB603制剂及制品的制备方法GB601标准溶液的制备方法取样方法及有关安全注愈事项取样方法:一:从装载硫酸的槽车(船)中取样,须用细颈铅制圆桶或加重瓶从各取样点(对同一取样点应从上、
5、中、下部取样),采取等量的试液混合成均匀试样,每车(船)取样量不得少于500mLo3.1.2从酸坛中取样,用玻璃管(010x300mm)从总数的3%中取样。小批量时也不得少于3坛,取样总体积不得少于500mLo3.1.3将所取试样混合均匀,装人清洁、干燥、具磨口塞的玻璃瓶内,瓶上应粘贴标签,注明如下项目:产品名称、生产厂名、槽车(船)字、批号、取样日期、取样人等。3.2安全注意事项由于硫酸是一种具有很强的腐蚀性、烧伤性的强酸,为确保人身和设备的安全,操作或取样时必须遵守如下规定。3.2.1装、卸或取样时必须穿防护服,戴
6、防护眼镜和防护手套。工作现场应备有应急水源。3.2.2硫酸应避免与有机物、金属粉末等接触,用槽车运愉或用金属罐贮放硫酸时,禁止在敞口容器附近抽烟,动用明火。4硫酸含f的测定4.1方法提要本方法适用于硫酸纯度的测定。其原理为。以甲基红一亚甲基蓝为指示剂,用氢氧化钠标准溶液进行酸碱中和滴定测定硫酸含量。4.2试剂4.2.1。(NaOH)=1.0mol/L氢氧化钠标准溶液:按GB601-1977《标准溶液制备方中华人民共和国能源部1991-10-04批准1992-04-01实施333法》配制和标定4.2.2甲基红一亚甲基蓝指
7、示剂:按GB603-1977《制剂及制品的制备方法》配制。4.3分析步骤4.3.1取10mL浓硫酸,注入已知质量的称量瓶内。称其质量(m),然后将浓硫酸注人装有250mL蒸馏水的500mL容量瓶里,用水洗涤称量瓶数次,冷却到室温后,用蒸馏水稀释至刻度,此溶液为待测试液。4.3.2取待测试液20.00mL(三份),加2-3滴甲基红一亚甲基蓝指示剂(4.2.2),用。(NaOH)=1.0mol/L氢氧化钠标准溶液(4.2.1)滴定,溶液由紫红变成灰绿色即为终点。4.4计算及允许差4.4.1硫酸含量二(以质量百分数表示)按式
