4、eratedlifetestingwithprogressivetypeIIcensoring.Anexponentialfailuretimedistributionwithmeanlifethatisalog-linearfunctionofstressandacumulativeexposuremodelareconsidered.Wederivethemaximumlikelihoodestimatorsofthemodelparameters.Confidenceintervalsforthemodelparametersareestablishedbyu
