4、mationsofparametersonthesimplestep-stressmodelinacceleratedlifetestingwithprogressivetypeIIcensoring.Anexponentialfailuretimedistributionwithmeanlifethatisalog-linearfunctionofstressandacumulativeexposuremodelareconsidered.Wederivethemaximumlikelihoodestimatorsofthemodel
