1、中国对外直接投资的政策性金融支持研究——基于国开行支持华为“走出去”的案例分析摘要在企业“走出去”的过程中,企业主要面临着两方面的问题:一是缺乏资金的问题,企业在海外发展进程通常需要较大的资金,而自身资金又比较有限并且又难以得到国内金融机构及时的资金支持,从而约束着企业“走出去”;二是企业ODI过程中面临的风险问题,企业对外投资可能要面对各种风险,但我国对外投资公司的管理水平不高,风险掌控能力较弱,制约着企业的海外投资成功率。政策性金融在解决以上问题中发挥着重要作用。与发达国家相比,中国在政策性金融支持对外投资这方面的相关支持体系还不够完善,所以本文
2、选择政策性金融支持ODI作为研究对象,无论是对我国政策性金融的改革与发展,还是对企业实施“走出去”发展战略都有着极为重要的意义。本文通过分析政策性金融的相关理论以及我国政策性金融体系支持我国企业对外投资的现状和存在的问题,深入剖析国开行成功支持华为公司“走出去”的案例,总结相关经验,探讨政策性金融支持我国企业对外直接投资的模式,并从政府、政策性金融机构、企业等层面为支持企业“走出去”提供建议。关键词:政策性金融;对外直接投资;政策性支持IAbstractIntheprocessofenterprise"goingout",theenterprisei
