6、种经济实用的运输方式,同时他也是衡量国民经济的一个重要指标。为了提高集装箱的吞吐量,不得不提高集装箱的作业效率。轮胎式集装箱门式起重机是集装箱进行作业的主要机械。这就要求我们提高龙门吊的效率减低龙门吊出现故障频率,因此我们必须对龙门吊的故障进行准确的定位。本文主要介绍PLC在龙门吊故障检测中的应用。1PLC诊断机电设备故障的基本原理机电设备的故障信号有开关量和模拟量之分,PLC采用不同的方法对这两种信号对应的故障进行诊断。1.1基于开关量信号的诊断PLC对开关量信号的识别是通过其开光量输进模块完成的。PLC控制机电设备时,设备中的压力、温度、液位、行程快关及操作按钮等开关量传感器与PLC的输进
7、端子相连,每个输进端子在PLC的数据区中分配有一个“位”,每个“位”在内存中为一个地址。输进“位”的工作原理,如图1所示。图中,IN代表开关量输进,COM为信号公共端。IN为ON时,光敏二极管饱和导通,否则截止。故PLC的内部电路可以“感知”开关信号的有无。读取PLC输进位的状态是可作为识别开关量故障信号的根据。诊断开关量故障的过程,实质就是将PLC正常的输进位状态值与相应的输进位的实际状态值相比
