1、山东科技大学本科毕业设计(论文)阴极电泳涂料的制备研究摘要阴极电泳涂料作为一种环保型的水性涂料,具有广阔的应用前景。在此采用封闭的甲苯二异氰酸酯作为固化剂制得了环氧树脂阴极电泳涂料,同时对环氧树脂阴极电泳涂料的配方和工艺、电泳涂装过程进行了研究,探讨了合成树脂的反应条件,并对所得阴极电泳涂料的性能进行了测试。结果表明,在适宜的电泳工艺参数下,可以得到外观光滑平整,综合性能优良的漆膜,并系统地探讨了电泳工艺参数对涂膜性能的影响。关键字:阴极电泳涂料,环氧树脂,封闭交联剂,漆膜山东科技大学本科毕业设计(论文)AbstractAsanenvironment-protecti
