1、湖北汽车工业学院毕业设计论文摘要本文采用冷态涂敷方法,用水玻璃和松香作黏结剂,在45钢表面涂敷了镍基自熔性合金粉末Ni60和Ni60+WC25,利用炉内加热和感应加热的方法对涂层进行了重熔处理,并对重熔试样进行了销盘式磨粒磨损实验;对重熔涂层进行了显微硬度分析和金相组织分析,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对涂层磨损后的形貌进行了分析。结果表明:重熔涂层具有很高的耐磨性,明显高于T10钢淬火后的试样;Ni60+WC重熔涂层的耐磨性稍高于Ni60重熔涂层;感应重熔涂层的耐磨性要高于炉内重熔的涂层;用松香作黏结剂的涂层稍高于用水玻璃作黏结剂的涂层;重熔涂层磨损表面的SEM形貌表明磨
