1、引言随着我国社会主义市场经济的快速发展，依法治国方略被日益提上日程，民事强制执行工作的重要性愈来愈突出。而多年来困扰人民法院工作的“执行难”也成为全社会关注的难点和热点。“执行难”问题是否得到解决，关系到社会主义法制的统一和尊严，关系到司法公正的快速实现，关系到人民群众对法律司法权威的信任，同样也关系到社会的和谐稳定。如何解决这一司法实践中多年的顽疾，理论界和实务界提出了很多见解。虽然成效和结果需等待司法实践的检验，但显现出了社会各界对此问题的关注很高。作为一名执行一线的执行法官，出于对执行难问题的亲身体会，更
