2、领域已经取得了卓有成效的研究结果。企业并购可以有效地降低企业进入新行业的障碍，获得目标企业的核心技术、销售网络、管理、品牌和人力资源等特殊资产，实现企业低成本、低风险的扩张和多元化经营，提高市场占有率和行业集中度，实现规模经济战略。本文主要立足于目前的现实环境来探讨我国企业并购过程中的财务风险，就财务风险中的具体问题进行了详细的探讨，提出了一些观点和解决的办法。关键词：企业并购;财务风险;风险控制;融资风险;核心竞争力-17-黑龙江工程学院本科生毕业设计（论文）ABSTRACTThere-organizationandmerge
