1、摘 要随着社会的发展、经济体制的完善、生活水平的提高,人们对企业的产品与服务的要求也越来越高,企业间的竞争也越来越激烈,企业的公关危机问题也备受关注。其实,企业更关注的是如何预防、解决公关危机,建立良好的危机管理机制。本文以公共关系学及相关的理论为基础,借鉴各企业的公关危机经验的研究和讨论,从公关危机入手,分析其现状,总结成因,试图预防和解决企业公关危机的有效方法及构建良好危机管理机制的关键。论文的主体共分为三个大部分,按照“提出问题、分析问题、解决问题”的论述方式,理论与实际相结合,对企业公关危机问题进行研究。第一部分通过对企
2、业公关危机的分类、企业公关危机的特点两个方面描述了企业公关危机的现状。第二部分从第一部分对企业公关危机的现状相关描述,从企业的内部环境和外部环境因素等方面对企业公关危机进行分析,试图找出问题存在的原因。第三部分针对前两个部分,提出相应的解决方法及预防方法。关键词:危机公关危机企业公共关系Abstract Withthedevelopmentofsociety,theperfecteconomicsystem,improvementoflivingstandards,people-to-businessproductsands
