2、rcuitcalculationsforprotectiverelayapplicationsandsettings.InJanuary2008,CharlieHenvilleofPSRCcontactedDickPiwkooftheWindPowerCoordinatingCommittee(WPCC)andOmMalikoftheElectricalMachinesCommittee(EMC)torequestassistance.Itwasmutuallyagreedthatameetingwouldbeheldatthe2008PESGeneralMeetinginPit

3、tsburghtodiscussthissubjectandformulateaplantoaddressthisissue.AttendeesandCommitteeRepresentationCharlieHenvillerepresentedPSRC.MohamedEl-Sharkawi,OmMalik,andseveralothersrepresentedEMC.ErnstCamm(chairoftheWindPlantCollectorSystemDesignWG)representedT&DCommitteeDickPiwkorepresentedWPCC,andal
