7、asignificantpartintransmittingthevaluesandrolesoftheinstitution.Inthecaseofthepubliclibrarybuilding,contemporarydesignhassoughttospeaktofreedomofaccessandcommunity.Butthisnarrativeisnotthepropertyofthedesignalone.Thepublicinteractswithandinterpretsthespacewhichinturnaff
