7、llylocatedfurnaceroominthebasementinordertoharnessthepoweroftheinstitution.Yet,evenonthesmallestscale,librarydesignplaysasignificantpartintransmittingthevaluesandrolesoftheinstitution.Inthecaseofthepubliclibrarybuilding,contemporarydesignhassoughttos
