1、中医骨伤手法联合中药内服对颈椎病的效果分析姗I市顿鵬骨伤二科摘要：目的探讨屮医骨伤手法联合屮药N服对颈椎病的临床治疗效果。方法以我院2016年4月一2017年4月收治的112例颈椎病患者为研宂对象，根据不同疗法分为观察组和对照组，每组56例，观察组给予中医骨伤手法联合中药内服治疗，对照组给予中药内服治疗，对比分析两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后患者头痛、恶心、呕吐、眩晕等症状发生情况。结果治疗结果显示，观察组患者临床治疗总有效率为96.4%,显著高于对照组的78.6%(x2=8.16,P<0.05):两组患者经治疗后尖痛、恶心、呕吐、
2、眩晕等症状均得到改善，观察组临床症状改善情况显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(t=4.92,7.66,5.30;1X0.05)。结论中医骨伤手法联合中药内服治疗颈椎病疗效显著，能显著改善患者临床症状，安全可靠值得临床推广。关键词：颈椎病;中医骨伤手法;中药内服;收稿日期：2017-07-07AnalysisontheEffectofTraditionalChineseMedicineBoneFractureManipulationCombinedwithOralAdministrationofChineseHerbalMedi
