1、左卡尼汀联合参松养心胶囊治疗冠心病室性早搏疗效观察张大勇王永春邸云峰杨艳胡波刘思泰李德才胡腾王庆旭(川北医学院附属第二医院心内科<四川绵阳四0四医院>621000)【】目的探讨左卡尼汀联合参松养心胶囊治疗冠心病室性早搏的疗效。方法室性早搏患者157例随机分成两组，联合组(77例)口服参松养心胶囊4粒，每日3次，同时静脉滴注0.9%ns100ml+左卡尼汀3gqd×12d，继续服用参松养心胶囊4粒，每H3次共4周；对照组(80例)单服参松养心胶囊4粒,每日3次井四周。两组沿疗4周前观察24h动态心电图的变化及症状改善情况。结果联合组总有效率为98.7
