1、长期住院精神病合并乙肝患者心理状况分析及对策撒兰梅1吐尔格娜依·卞•勒玛克拜2(1乌魯木齐市安宁医院新疆乌魯木齐830023)(2伊犁州精祌病院新疆伊犁830052)【】目的：调查住院精神病人乙肝病毒(HBV)的感染情况，分析慢性精神病合并乙肝患者的心理状态，找出对策。方法：对89例住院合并乙肝的精祌病人进行乙肝病毒血清标志物检测。应用SDS、SAS及SCL-90作为评定工具，对89例慢性精神病合并乙肝患者进行心理状态评估，并与国内常模比较差异。结果：住院精神病人HBV感染率(13.84%)。年龄分布以30〜49岁为最多，汉族和少数民族之间感染情况无明显差别，H

2、BV感染模式以抗HBS+和抗HBe+多见(31.5%),慢性精神病合并乙肝患者的SDS、SAS均高于国内常模(P<0.01),SCL-90示慢性精神病合并乙肝患者与国内常模比较统计学上显著差异的有躯体化、人际关系敏感、精祌病性症状等。结论：住院精祌病人是乙肝的高风险人群,应完善隔离制度，加强治疗。且心理健康水平明显下降，应尽早做好心理干预。【关键词】精神病人；乙肝；心理状况；分析对策【】R395【】A【】1007-8231(2016)02-0112-03Analysisofpsychologicalstatusofpatientswithchronicmentalill
