1、新生化颗粒联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇片用于人工流产后计划生育服务的疗效观察古云霞奉新县人民医院R的:观察与评价新生化颗粒联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇片用于人工流产后计划生育服务的疗效。方法:选择本院在2012年5月一2015年5月间收治的160例人工流产患者作为研宄主体。分为A组和B组，A组83例，B组77例。A组给予新生化颗粒联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗，B组给予新生化颗粒治疗。对比两组的阴道出血吋间与出血量、月经复潮吋间与恢复情况以及并发症发生率。结果:A组的阴道出血量少于B组，差异显著（P〈0.05）;A组的阴道出血时间与月经复潮时间短于B组，有

2、差异，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。A组月经恢复情况好于B组（P<0.05）。A组无并发症，B组并发症发生率为5.19%,对比差异显著，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论:人工流产后服用新生化颗粒联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇片具有明显的治疗效果，可缩短患者的阴道出血吋间，减少出血量与并发症发生率，并且利于患者的术后恢复，可在临床屮广泛应用。关键词：新牛化颗粒;去氧孕烯炔雌醇片;人工流产;计划牛.育服务;古云霞，女，，主治医师，主要从事妇产科相关工作。电话：0795-4622448;E-mail:guyunxial@sina.com收稿曰期:
