1、房产中介协会章程制度篇一：房地产中介协会章程《房地产经纪行业协会章程》二零一六年九月二日第一章总则第一条本团体的全称为：东营房地产经纪行业协会，英文译名为：dongyingRealEstateBrokerageIndustryAssociation缩写为：DYREBIA。第二条本协会是由东营地区具有合法资格的从事房地产经纪及其相关业务的专业人员、机构或组织，自愿组成的非盈利性、行业性的行业组织，是在东营市民政局注册登记的具有法人资格的社会团体。第三条本协会的宗旨是：遵守国家法律法规和社会道德风尚，研究房地产经纪服务的理论与实践，规范房地产经纪服务行为，加速房地产流通
