1、上市银行社会责任影响因素的分析　　自OliverSheldon1924年首次提出社会责任概念以来，社会责任问题一直受到理论界和实务界的普遍关注。银行业作为资金融通的枢纽，其策略导向在重新塑造商业活动与环境保护并行不悖的商业生态模式中发挥着举足轻重的作用，这就决定了商业银行必须要承担社会责任。然而，近年来频频爆出上市银行未能有效履行对股东、员工、客户、政府等的社会责任（例如：摩根大通巨额亏损、巴克莱银行操纵Libor、汇丰洗钱案等等），让人不禁要问，如何才能促使上市银行更好地承担社会责任呢？　　Welford（2007）指出，良好的公司治理结构
