1、一、总则Ⅰ.General1、为了确保船舶的建造质量，检验船舶性能，保证试验顺利进行，特制定轮机部分大纲。本大纲参照“海船系泊及航行试验通则（GB/T3471-1995）”制定。1.Todeterminethefabricationqualityoftheship,examinetheseagoingperformanceoftheshipanddeterminethistrialcarriedoutwell,themooringtestandtheseatrialofmachinerypartisintended.Thispr

3、iedoutinaccordancewiththefollowingcondition:3.1系泊试验前应由制造部门向验船部门和使用部门提供机电设备、船舶各系统材质及船用产品检验合格证件，制造过程中的各种试验证件及装船后的试验安装测量记录卡以便交验。3.1Beforethemooringtest,manufacturersshouldsendtooperatorsandclassbyapprovedcertificatesofmachineelectricityequipments,shipsmaterial,shipsandn

4、avigateproduct,allkindsoftestdocumentwhilemanufacturingandtheinstallationrecordcardaftershipment.3.2系泊试验和航行试验所使用的测试仪器和仪表应具有国家有关主管机构签发的有效合格证件。3.2Allkindoftestinstrumentationandgaugesapplicatorduringmooringtestandseatrialshouldbeprovidedwiththeefficiencyapprovedcertifi

5、catecheckedbythesupervisororganizationofNation.4、试验分为系泊试验和航行试验两个阶段进行，系泊试验应在船舶各项的工程安装完毕后进行。航行试验是在全船各项工程全部竣工，系泊试验合格，取得验船部门同意后方可进行。Thetestisdividedintotwoparts:themooringtestandseatrial,themooringtestshallberunaftercompletinginstallationofengineinthevessel.Theseatrialsh
