1、中山大学本科毕业论文中国资产证券化的风险研究【论文摘要】资产证券化是金融创新的产物，其对完善金融市场、分散金融风险发挥着重要作用。如何在控制资产证券化风险的前提下大力推动我国资产证券化的发展，是我国当前应该思考的问题。为此，本文对我国资产证券化风险进行了较为系统的研究。本文主要分为为六部分。第一部分绪论介绍了本文的研究背景、研究意义、研究方法以及研究的主要内容。第二部分从资产证券化风险的传统模式和现代模式出发，综述了资产证券化风险的国内外研究现状。第三部分分析了我国资产证券化风险的三种主要表现形式，即监管风险、道德风险以及评级风险
2、，同时还指出了我国资产证券化发展过程中存在的两大问题，即制度体制和组织机构的不完善。第四部分从内生性、外生性以及中国特殊性三方面进一步剖析了我国资产证券化风险的成因。第五部分提出了发展我国资产证券化的对策建议，即构建资产证券化风险预警系统、建立金融突发事件应急机制、警惕“软政权化”的侵蚀以及谨慎借鉴国外经验。第六部分则对全文进行了概括性的总结。【关键词】资产证券化风险形式风险成因防控措施【Abstract】Assetsecuritizationisthefruitoffinancialinnovation,whichmakesgr
