3、eneratefromthetwocountries’complementaryeconomyhasbroughtthemeverdependentoneachotherthananyperiodoftimebefore.Ontheotherhand,thedifferenceofpoliticstatus,nation’sdevelopingorientationandideologyofcivilizationcreatesconstantconflictsandargumentsthatintervenesthebondfrombecomingtigh
4、ter.Whenconsiderintheoverallsituation,ChinaandUSactslikefriendsandrivals.Theirmutualattitudeisinfluencedbyinterestandideology.Therelationshipdevelopsinameanderwayastimegoesby.Economicaffairisthebiggestissueamongcountries.Withthehelpofopenandreformpolicy,basedonnaturaladvantagesofmi
5、neralandcheaphumanworkforce,Chinasucksinhugeamountoffundsindevelopingitsinternaleconomywhileexportsnumerouskindsofcargostothewholeglobe.BoththeUSandChinabenefitalotaftermutualcomplementaryeconomicrelationformed.Butthatdoesnotmeanthewhole.Conflictandtensionariseswhentradesurplusoccu
6、rs,alsowithseveralinterestgroups’malevolentattitudestowardsamoreprosperousChina.Theanti-dumpingaccusation,high-techexportprohibitionandchargeofcurrencymanipulatortowardsChinarevealsrapaciousthirstofinterestUSholdsindevelopingrelationsbetweencountries.ThemutablepoliciesthatAmericang
7、overnmentissuealsohaveanimpactonpublicrelationsThebigtwohavetheirownuniquewayindealingwithpoliticmatters.Thoughthepoliticideologyofsocialstatusdifferssharply,ChinaandtheUShavetoseekcooperationindealingwithregionalaffairsinordertoprotectnation’sownsafetyandinterest.TheNorthKoreanucl
