1、农村公共品供给资金的财政保障机制研究;内容摘要:随着国家对“三农”问题重视程度的日益提高,农村公共品的供给问题也受到了越来越多的关注。本文首先结合农村公共品的性质,分析为什么要建立农村公共品供给资金的财政保障机制,以及建立一个怎样的财政保障机制。在此基础上,针对目前我国农村公共品供给中普遍存在的问题,分析目前农村公共品供给资金财政保障机制存在的主要问题,并提出相应的对策。;关键词:农村公共品,供给,财政保障机制;一、农村公共品的理论分析;农村公共品是指在农村地域范围内,用于满足农业生产和农民生活公共需要的一类物品。对于农村公共品而言,政府必须充分发挥其财政保障作用,通过一定的机制,保
