1、大连市风景名胜区管理条例（RegulationsonthemanagementofscenicspotsinDalian）Ninthrentalunits,approvedtheuseoflandofscenicareastotransfertheirlanduserightsorchangethenatureoflanduse,shallbesubjecttothescenicareamanagementagenciesagreedandapprovedbytheadministrativedepartmentsoftheapprovalformalitiesaccord

2、ingtotherelevantprovisionsofthestate.Environmentalpollutionbelongstothescenicarea,damagethelandscapeandthenaturallandscapeandseriouslyhamperthetouroftheplantandresidentialarea,thescenicareamanagementagenciesbyadministrativedepartmentsinchargeoftheauditplan,submittedtothepeople'sgovernmenta

3、tthesamelevelforapprovalandrenovationanddemolition.Tenthinthescenicspots,prohibitedthefollowingacts:(a)deforestation,quarrying,buildingmonumentsanddestructionoftopography;(two)killandinjurewildanimals;(three)emission,dumpingofwastegas,wastewater,wasteandotherpollutionscenicenvironment;(fou

4、r)harmtowaterbody,tidalflatandcontainmentandfillingwaters;(five)climbingtrees,sceneryandlandscapedamageeffect;(six)otheractsofdestructionofscenicresources.Eleventhscenicareasofculturalrelics,historicalrelicsandfolklegendswithcolorandmonumentalworksofartandotherculturallandscape,mustbeinacc

5、ordancewiththe"People'sRepublicofChinaculturalrelicsprotectionlaw"andrelevantregulationstoprotectthetimelyrepair.Therestorationofculturalrelicsandhistoricsitesshouldbeapprovedbythecompetentauthoritiesaccordingtolawandkeptinitsoriginalappearance.Theprotectionandmanagementofmilitaryinstallat

6、ionsintwelfthscenicspotsshallbecarriedoutinaccordancewiththelawofthePeople'sRepublicofChinaontheprotectionofmilitaryfacilitiesandtherelevantprovisionsofthestate.Theconstruction,reconstructionandextensionofnonmilitaryinstallationsofmilitaryunitsinscenicspotsshallbecarriedoutinaccordancewith

7、theseregulations.Theimplementationofafforestationandafforestationthirteenthscenicarea,toprotectanddevelopthelandscapewithlocalcharacteristicsofforestvegetationandanimalgrowthhabitatconditions.Thetreeswithintheprotectedareasofthescenicspotsandtheirsurroundingar
