2、论探索和应用研究目前仍然不够成熟，还存在一些急需填补的研究空白。本文以建筑工程项目作为研究对象，综合采用了文献总结与专家访谈结合、定性分析与定量分析结合法、规范分析与实证分析结合的方法，针对建筑工程项目总结出风险管理的基本流程。从风险识别、风险评价、风险应对等角度，对风险管理过程进行了深入研究，系统地识别出建筑工程项目的风险因素，并对它们分别进行分析和评价，并提出了具体的应对和监控措施。本文以丽华国际高档小区住宅建筑项目为案例研究对象，通过翻阅大量的文献资料，主要采用头脑风暴法和风险调查法进行了项目的风险识别，采用现场资料的收集调查及专家经
