4、tegoryoftheframeworkinturn,thecasedatatoillustratewherethePMBOKframeworkisagoodfitorneedsrefiningforERPprojectsisused.Findings–Itisfoundthat,byandlarge,PMBOK,becauseitisaverybroadframework,canshedlightonmostofthekeyaspectsofanERPproject.However,thespecificitieso

5、fthistypeofprojectrequireadifferentemphasisonsomeofthefactors,asdiscussedintheauthorsconclusions.Thecaseanalysisalsoraisedsomeinterestinginsightsintohowcompaniesevaluatethesuccessofsuchhighlycomplexchangemanagementinitiatives.Researchlimitations/implications–Thi
