1、益生菌对肝移植术后患者感染的影响及相关因素Meta分析王有军青岛大学附属医院消化内科目的应用益生菌对肝移植术后患者的感染情况及相关因素进行Meta分析，以得出新的结论。方法利用PUBMED、EMBASE、CNKI电子期刊数据库、万方数据库和维普数据库，检索益生菌对肝移植术后患者影响的对照研宄的文献进行系统评价，应用ReviewManager5.3分析软件进行Meta分析。结果通过数据库检索21篇文章，根据纳入标准最终选择5篇，包括301名受试者(152名为试验组，149名为对照组)纳入分析，Meta分析显示与对照组相比，使用益生菌对肝移植的患者进行肠道准备，可以降低患者术
2、后的感染率(0R=0.21,95%C1:O.11°.41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05):能够减少住院时间(MD二-1.41,95%CI：-1.970.86)和抗生素的应用时间(MD=-4.32,95%CI：-5.50-3.13),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05):降低胃肠道的不良反应(0R=0.51,95%CI:0.28°.92),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肝移植之前或当天给予益生菌能够减少肝移植术后患者的感染率、抗生素使用疗程及患者的住院时间。关键词：益生菌;肝移植;系统评价;Meta分析;王有军(1988-),男，，从事H肠病研宄，E-mail:w
