1、微创经皮内固定联合椎体成形通道减压治疗胸腰椎骨折张金玉李乐彩张伟张新华伦学刚尹升吉（山东省寿光市人民医院脊柱外科山东寿光262700）目的：观察和分析微创经皮椎弓根系统内固定联合椎体成形Quadrant通道减压技术治疗胸腰椎骨折临床疗效。方法:选取2012年2月一2014年2月间我院收治的胸腰椎段骨折患者采用两种手术方案，微创组行微创经皮椎弓根系统内固定联合Quadrant通道减压、伤椎椎体成形技术进行治疗，开放组行传统后路切开复位减压植骨内固定术；观察和比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:微创组患者末次随访时的功能恢复优良率为（97.5%），明显高于对照组患者的优良率（82.5%）,（P<
