1、重组a-2b干扰素注射液雾化吸入治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎临床分析临汾市人民医院儿科山西临汾041000作者：李荟研究生副主任医师研究专业小儿呼吸，PICU,NICU肾脏1971.3.25【】目的：分析重组a-2b干扰素注射液雾化吸入治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效；方法：选取2014年1月-2016年1月在我院接受治疗的200例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿作为研宄对象，采用随机数字表法将200例患儿分为观察组和对照组两组，两组患儿均给予对症治疗，合并细菌感染的患儿加用抗生素，对照组给予喜炎平注射液静滴，观察组给予重组a-2b干扰素注射液(凯因益生)雾化吸入治疗，

2、记荣所有患儿咽痛消失、发热消退时间、咽腔疱疹消失时间及总疗程,并记录腹泻、支气管炎、淋巴结炎、屮耳炎等并发症和不良反应发生情况；结果：观察组的咽痛消失时间、咽腔疱疹消失时间、平均退热时间及总治疗时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者均没有发生药物不良反应，其屮对照组发生腹泻、支气管炎等并发症23例，发生率为23.0%,观察组发生腹泻、支气管炎等并发症7例，并发症发生率为7.0%;结论：重组a-2b干扰素注射液雾化治疗可缩短病程，在较短的时间内缓解临床症状，并且副作用少，是临床治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的有效方法。【关键词】重组a-2b干
