1、药物对相关检验结果影响的研宄张怡(重庆医科大学附属大学城医院重庆401331)目的：探讨药物对临床医学检验结果想影响，为提高医学检验水平，降低药物对检查结果的影响提供依据。方法:随机选取于2014年10只〜2015年10月间自愿参加木次试验的40例志愿者为研究对象，于服用利福平前后空腹抽取志愿者静脉血分别检测血清肌酐(Cr)、总肭红素(TBIL)和直接胆红素(DBIL),观察并比较用药前后所检测指标的变化。结果：服用利福平前后40例志愿者静脉血血清Cr、TBIL和DBIL比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中上述自愿者第3d用药前的DBIL值为(6.72±1.9

7、判断和评估患者的具体病情及其疗效，通过取样进行标本检验、分析并完成相关处理可为临床诊断疾病提供重要参考。临床检验结果的准确性受药物、饮食、标本采集及实验方法等多种因素的影响［1】，其中药物因素对检验结果的影响可分为体外(分析干扰)、体内影响(生物学影响)两大类，近年来，随着临床用药及新药品种不断增加，在使用药物治疗过程中会在一定程度上影响患者的新陈代谢和内分泌功能［2】，干扰临床正常指标，进而影响检验结果。为探讨药物对临床医学检验结果的影响，本文以2014年10月〜2
