1、通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床体会1.河北省总工会北戴河工人疗养院河北秦皇岛066100;2.唐山市中医医院肿瘤科河北唐山063000目的：探讨冠心病心绞痛采用通心络胶囊的治疗效果。方法：选取我院2013年12月-2014年12月期间收治的冠心病心绞痛患者50例作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各25例，对照组采用常规丙药方法治疗，观察组在此基础上采用通心络胶囊进行治疗，两组患者均连续治疗14d,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：观察组患者的治疗总有效率和对照组相比，差异显著(P<0.05),且观察组患者的LDL-C、HD
2、L-C变化水平明显优于对照组，差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：针对冠心病心绞痛患者采用通心络胶囊治疗，效果显著，可明显改善患者粥样硬化程度，提高治疗总有效率，对提升患者生活质量其有非常重要的作用，作为一种有效的治疗方法，值得在临床上推广。【关键词】通心络胶囊；冠心病心绞痛；临床体会R259B1674-8999(2015)9-0968-02TongxinluocapsuleinthetreatmentofcoronaryheartdiseaseanginapectorisLiuYilWangQingxian2*(1、Federat
