1、京张生态建设协同发展水平评价及提升对策研究孔伟任亮刘一凡王淑佳河北工业大学经济管理学院河北北方学院生态建设与产业发展研宄中心河北北方学院法政学院基于构建的京张生态建设协同发展评价指标体系，引入耦合度模型，测算了2005—2014年北京和张家口两市的生态建设协同发展指数及京张牛.态建设耦合协同发展度。结果表明：（1）北京生态建设协冋发展总体水平高于张家U,张家门生态建设协同发展水平有待提高。（2）北京生态建设协同发展指数屮经济社会发展所占比重最大，生态质量次之，环境质量最小；张家口生态建设协同发展指数中生态质量所占比重最大，环境质量次之，经济社会发展最小。（3）研宄期内，北京和张家口牛
