1、慢性阻塞性肺疾病与肺心病血气比较分析杨运中(太和中心卫生院四川眉山620039)目的：研宄探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病和肺心病血气比较分析，丰富临床治疗经验。方法：选取血气分析在临床中经常应用的PH、PaCO2以及PaO2等项目的比较和差异IX别研究慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者与肺心病患者间的血气变化的程度。结果：(1)将慢附肺组和对照组对比，PaCO2(P〉0.05)、PH(P>0.05),两项指标没有显著差异，PaO2(P〉0.05)差异显著；(2)慢阻肺组和肺心病组对比失代偿期，PaCO2(P<0.01)、PH(P<0.01)以及PaO2(P<
2、0.01),指标都差异显著；(3)慢附肺组和肺心病组对比一部分代偿期，PaO2(P<0.01)、PH(P<0.05),两项指标没有显著差异，PaCO2(P<0.01)差异显著；(4)慢阻肺组和肺心病组对比完全代偿期，PaO2(P〉0.01)、PH(P〉0.05)，两项指标没有显著差异，PaCO2(P<0.01)差异显著。结论：血气比较分析对慢性阻塞肺疾病和肺心病在临床中的诊断治疗和愈后的判断以及预测只备重要的意义。【关键词】慢性阻塞性肺疾病；肺心病血气；比较分析R563A2095-1752(2015)27-0029-02Chronic
