1、基于“冬病夏治”论穴位贴敷结合小儿推拿治疗小儿慢性咳嗽王列马铁明于本性马帅沈红岩辽宁中医药大学针灸推拿学院沈阳市第七人民医院神经内科辽宁中医药大学第一附属医院儿科目的:观察、比较穴位贴敷法、小儿推拿法及两者结合法治疗小儿慢性咳嗽疗效差异，为小儿慢性咳嗽的治疗提供参考。方法:90例小儿慢性咳嗽患者随机分为穴位贴敷组、小儿推拿组、两者结合组，每组30例。穴位贴敷组选用辽宁中医药大学第一附属医院的“伏九贴膏”在每年的三伏进行穴位贴敷，每10天1次,3次为1个疗程;小儿推拿组通过选取肺经、肝经、内八卦、臏中等进行穴位按摩，每天1次，连续10d为1个疗程，两者结合组采用“伏九贴靑”与小儿推

2、拿的结合方法，操作次数与疗程和另两组相同。通过回访观测证候量表分数的变化，从而比较单纯及结合疗法的不同疗效。结果:穴位贴敷组、小儿推拿组和两者结合组的总有效率分别为90.0%、86.7%和93.3%，治疗后3组证候积分比较，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论:穴位贴敷疗法、小儿推拿疗法及两者结合法对小儿慢性咳嗽均具有良好的治疗效果，但两者结合效果更为显著，安全有效适宜推广。关键词：穴位贴敷;小儿推拿;慢性咳嗽;基金：辽宁省高等学校创新团队课题（LT2015016）TreatmentofChildren'sChronicCoughBasedonAcupointApplicat
