1、雷贝拉唑联合健胃愈疡片治疗良性胃溃疡64例临床观何武曹斌(四川省甘孜卫生学校附属医院四川甘孜626001)目的:观察雷W拉唑联合健胃愈疡片治疗良性胃溃疡的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析2013年2月〜2015年2月我院收治的64例良性胃溃疡患者的临床资料，将患者随机均分为观察组与对照组，每组各32例，观察组采用雷災拉唑联合健胃愈疡片治疗，对照组采用雷W拉唑治疗，观察比较两组疗效。结果：经治疗，观察组总有效率(96.88%)及痊愈率(75%)均高于对照组(84.38%,62.5%),两组疗效比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。

2、半年后复查胃镜，观察组复发率为6.3%,而对照组复发率为15.6%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论：雷贝拉唑联合健胃愈疡片能快速促进良性胃溃疡的愈合，加速Hp转阴,并能减少其复发，临床疗效显著，值得推广应用。【关键词】雷災拉唑：健胃愈疡片；良性胃溃疡；临床观察R573.1A1007-8231(2015)07-0025-02RayBellaplusJianweiyuyangtabletsinthetreatmentofbenigngastriculcer:clinicalobservationof64casesHe
