1、高校生涯教育师资队伍建设一一以福州大学为例阮娟福州大学学生就业创业指导中心高校生涯教育师资队伍是高校实施生涯教育的主体，包括生涯教育课程教师、生涯咨询师、生涯团体辅导教师、生涯类学生社团与活动指导教师、校内外兼职的生涯发展导师等。近年来，福州大学着力加强生涯教育师资队伍建设，相继组建职业发展教育团队、创新创业与职业发展类学生社团指导教师、创新创业与职业发展导师三支队伍，严格把关新教师选拔，组织开展校内外专业化培训、定期化研讨等活动，成效显著。针对福建省高校生涯教育师资队伍的调查显示，目前高校生涯教育师资队伍虽己形成，但支持力度不足，专业化程度低，成为高校生

5、ment.Theeducationalgroupofcareerdevelopmentisthemajorityofcareereducationteachers,whichinvolvescurriculumgroup，counselor’sgroupandteamtutors'group,andthesethreegroupsareresponsibleforcurriculumteaching，individualconsultationandgroupcoachingofcareer.Thelowdegreeofspecializationandp

6、rofessionalbackgroundandcareereducationaswellastheweakscientificresearchabilityhasbecomethemajorbottlenecksinthedevelopmentofteachersincareereducationincollegesanduniversities.Inordertobuildaprofessionalandhigh-levelfaculty,along-termmechanismforthedevelopmentofteachers'careereduc
