1、MSCT对急性原发性脂垂炎的诊断价值ThevalueofMSCTindiagnosisofacuteprimaryepiploicaarthritis沈志鹏黄松*（通讯作者）蔡华亮盛伟肀黄辉朱宏肀（上海中医药大学附属第七人民医院医学影像科，上海200137）目的：通过分析归纳总结木组PEA病例的CT影像特征表现，对比分析急性原发性肠脂垂炎与其他急腹症及急性继发性肠脂垂炎的不同影像征象，通过对他们不同影像特征细节的总结，为以后PEA的诊断与鉴別诊断提供有效的影像诊断依据。方法：回顾分析于2008年6月至2016年5月诊
2、断为PEA（原发与继发的急性肠脂垂炎）的所有资料，分析病灶的形态、大小、部位、密度、强化方式及病灶周围情况。结果：肿块位于乙状结肠旁6例，降结肠旁4例，升结肠旁3例。肿块主要呈圆形及楠圆形。肿块大小1.0cm×l.lcm至2.7cm×3.1cmoCT表现早期4例，肿块的脂肪内呈云絮状稍高密度影，边缘环壁较薄，增强以后，病灶环壁呈现轻度强化，肿块中央呈条索状、片絮状强化。进展期7例，病灶密度高低混杂，环壁较厚，呈中等强化，肿块边缘较清楚。恢复期2例，肿块形态不规则，环壁菲薄，并呈轻度强化，肿块缩
