1、山东中医药大学硕士学位论文肾气丸与右归丸对肾虚大鼠肾功能损伤恢复的实验研究姓名:高秀娟申请学位级别:硕士专业:中医临床基础指导教师:陶汉华20090410提要目的:通过研究肾气丸与右归丸对“劳倦过度一房室不节加庆大霉素’’所致大鼠肾功能损伤的治疗作用,探讨两方治疗和恢复肾功能损伤的不同疗效。方法:用“劳倦过度一房室不节加庆大霉素’’法建立大鼠肾虚模型,并对其肾气丸组,右归丸组进行药物治疗。结果:造模完成后,造模组出现肾虚症状,主要有倦怠、精神萎靡,游泳过后主动拥挤在一起,活动少,畏寒怕冷,皮毛不光泽,大便
2、清稀。肾功检测出现Bun(血清尿素氮),。Cr(血清肌酐)明显上升,说明造模成功。用药后,Cr检验四组对比不明显(p>O.05),但模型组、右归丸组与肾气丸组均有恢复趋势,肾气丸组较其他组更具优效性。实验后Bun有恢复趋势,且前后对比有统计学意义(p<0.01),肾气丸组恢复明显。病理切片显示:模型组,右归丸组,肾气丸组均有病理损伤,模型组右归丸损伤严重,肾气丸损伤相对轻。空白组:结构及组织正常。结论:通过“劳倦过度一房室不节加庆大霉素”成功建立肾虚模型,药物治疗后肾气丸组恢复明显,较其他组更具优效性,而
