1、摘要摘要吹塑成型是热塑性塑料制件的一种主要成形方法。吹塑成形可成形各种形状的塑料制件。它的特点是成形周期短,能一次成形外形复杂,尺寸较为精密,不带嵌件的塑料制件,且生产率比较高,易于实现自动化生产,所以广泛用于塑料制件的生产。近年来,PET吹塑瓶以其质量轻、强度高、透明、无毒等优点被大量用于饮料包装,特别是碳酸性饮料的包装,于是提出了PET树脂中空吹塑模具设计。该设计方案首先分析了PET瓶的几何结构和瓶坯的吹塑成型工艺,模具工作部分的温度控制等;然后提出了中空吹塑模具的结构,并阐述其工作原理。该模具结构设计合理,操作方便,能满足使用要求。关键词:PET树脂;
