1、ChineseJournalofVeterinaryMedicine中国兽医杂志2014年(第50卷)第10期25ڗᇁնඊയᄣቆᆮྙࢲܒഄܴҳჯࡹౖđϢתमđݚࡹᅦđڂ(1.山西农业大学生命科学学院,山西太谷030801;2.山西农业大学动物科技学院,山西太谷030801)ᅋေğ为了观察大鼠氟中毒肾脏病理变化特点,探讨过量氟对肾脏的毒性作用。选用60只1月龄的Wistar大鼠,随机分为4组:分别饲喂含0mg/L、25mg/L、50mg/L和100mg/L氟化钠的饮水5个月,并通过石蜡组织切片观察氟对肾脏的损伤作用。结果25mg/L和50mg/
2、L氟中毒组大鼠肾脏肾小管排列结构无异常变化,肾小球细胞出现空泡样病变。100mg/L氟中毒组大鼠肾脏肾小管排列结构没有明显的异常,肾小球内皮细胞和肾小管上皮细胞出现空泡样变,且近曲小管上皮细胞有脱落现象。25mg/L、50mg/L和100mg/L氟中毒组肾小囊囊腔面积同对照组比较增大显著;肾小球球囊面积明显高于对照组,且随着染氟剂量的增加,肾小球球囊面积也相应的增加。表明,不同剂量的氟(25mg/L、50mg/L和100mg/L)均可造成肾脏的损伤,且随着染氟剂量的增加,氟对肾脏的毒性作用也增加。本研究为日后建立合适剂量氟中毒大鼠动物模型和有效降低氟摄入量
