2、NPs)、中剂量组(50mg/kgPbSNPs)、高剂量组(100mg/kgPbSNPs);微米组(100mg/kgPbS),每组10只动物。每天灌胃染毒一次,每周五天,连续染毒6周后,进行各指标的测定:采用试剂盒测定肝肾组织抗氧化酶活力(SOD、GSH-Px、CAT)及MDA含量;采用H-E染色对肝肾组织进行病理形态学检测。结果:PbSNPs染毒组大鼠肝肾组织SOD、GSH-Px、CAT的活力较对照组明显下降(P<0.05),MDA含量较对照组上升(P<0.05)。相同剂量下,PbSNPs组SOD、

6、neytissuespathologicalchanges.Results:TheSOD,GSH-PxandCATvigorsinliverandkidneytissuesofPbSNPsgroupsdecreasedsignificantlythanthecontrolgroup(P<0.05),butMDAcontentsincreasedsignificantly(P<0.05).Wihtsameconcentration,comparedwiththemicrongroup,SOD,GSH-P
