1、哈尔滨工业大学华德应用技术学院毕业设计(论文)摘要变速器是汽车传动系中的主要部件之一。变速器由变速传动机构和变速操纵机构两部分组成。变速传动机构的主要作用是改变转距和转速的数值和方向;操纵机构的主要作用是控制传动机构,实现变速器传动比的改变,即实现换挡,以达到变速变距。本题目主要进行宝马120i汽车三轴六挡机械式变速器的设计,包括变速器的整体结构和齿轮传动部分的设计,并进行相关的计算与校核。经过设计与校核,该变速器主要结构符合设计标准、零件强度也达到了使用要求。关键词:汽车机械变速器;三轴六挡;传动比;齿轮-I-哈
