1、(一)项目建设总体目标一、河北唐山滨海大道河北唐山滨海大道是河北“四点一线”沿海经济带的重要组成部分,上升为国家战略,河北沿海大动脉南接山东,北接辽宁,在沿海地区再造一个“河北”,辐射京津冀。路线起于海港开发区七号路,向西经乐亭新区、滦南、生态城,终点与曹妃甸国际生态城通港大道相接,全长42.123公里。唐山滨海大道极大改善唐山沿海地区的交通条件,增强唐山沿海地区对生产要素的集聚功能和对临港产业的承载能力,也对河北省深入推进沿海战略,打造沿海经济隆起带具有十分重要的带动作用和示范意义。曹妃甸国际生态城滨海大道是河北沿海大动脉的重要组成部分,是国家级开发区的门户和对外交流

2、的城市新名片,是河北滨海大道建设先行先启的标杆,是生态城绿色外环的滨海界面,是生态城生态带的重要组成部分。拥有最大景深、最宽视域面的城市外环线。在满足交通功能的基础上,突出其看与被看的风貌特征、以及其观海观湖观城的独特优势。滨海大道是曹妃甸国际生态城城市外围主要快速景观大道。滨海大道内可观城市人文及内湖美景,外可观碧海岛链景观。滨海大道与青龙湖湿地、生态城绿地、溯河绿带以小清河涵养带遥相呼应,形成生态城的绿廊格局。二、项目建设的总体目标曹妃甸滨海大道绿色通廊工程施工BT项目第二标段为:溯河以西范围为K35+400~K43+200。本项目在北方环渤海地区特定的季风气候下,

3、将海滨风情、生态恢复、产业发展与旅游观光相结合。突出重要节点景观,打造连续的线性景观。结合本地气候土壤条件,因地制宜种植本土树种。(一)建设总体目标:魅力新城、气质大道将曹妃甸国际生态城南部滨海大道建设成为具有国际一流水准的景观迎宾大道,使之成为展现曹妃甸生态城城市魅力的窗口。(二)品质定位:国际水准、未来典范曹妃甸滨海大道绿色通廊工程施工BT项目二标段从道路景观空间的有序梳理、道路绿化体系的构建、道路景观品质的提升三方面规划设计施工。(二)项目管理与施工组织设计目录第一章编制依据及工程概况········································
