1、安徽机电职业技术学院毕业设计(论文)题目:弹簧冲压模设计系别机械工程系专业模具设计与制造班级0000班姓名张XX学号12020900002011~2012学年第一学期11(1)摘要模具是现代工业的重要工艺设备,随着科学技术的不断进步,它在国民经济中占有越来越重要的地位,发展前景十分广阔。装备制造业在2007年的迅速发展,尤其是汽车和电子电器产品的高速增长,为模具工业的发展营造了良好的市场环境。本次综合实训设计垫片的复合冲压模具,从零件的工艺性分析到模具结构的设计再到工艺计算,一直到最后的模具装配图。(2)摘要内容首先,模具是制造业的重要基础工艺装备,工业产品大批量生产和新产品开发都离不开模具,
2、用模具生产制件所达到的四高二低(高精度、高复杂程度、高一致性、高生产率和低耗能、低耗材)使模具工业在制造业中的地位越来越重要。其次,人们常见的工业产品有60%—90%的零件需要用模具成形。模具精度低,则产品质量差,模具寿命低,则产品成本高。模具的分类和占有量1、敞开模:结构简单,尺寸小、重量轻、制造易、成本低、但寿命低、精度差、适于精度要求不高,开头简单,小批量或试制的冲裁件。2、导板式:精度比敞开模高,适于开头简单,工件尺寸不大的冲裁件。要求压力机行程不大于导板厚度。3、导柱式:导柱导向保证冲裁间隙均匀,冲裁件的工件尺寸精度高,模具使用寿命长,安装方便,适于大批量生产。4、连续模:条料要求精
