1、青岛理工大学毕业设计摘要本毕业设计为多层学生公寓楼，总建筑面积约4430m2，总层数为六层，建筑总高为23.55m，各层层高均为3.6m。上部采用砖混结构，下部采用独立基础和条形基础。施工组织设计，是在施工图的基础上确定施工方案、明确施工工艺、计算工程量，综合考虑了人工、材料、机械三个方面的因素，合理安排了施工进度并编制了施工进度横道图，进行了现场施工平面布置图。施工组织设计主要有工程概况、组织机构的设立、施工部署及施工总平面布置、施工进度计划、机械设备劳动力安排、主要分部分项工程施工方法、质量安全管理、文明施工等项目，使施工
