1、家电企业逆向物流SWOT分析与发展战略摘要随着社会的发展，家电企业逆向物流的经济价值也逐步得到显现，人们对家电逆向物流的要求也逐渐提高，家电企业逆向物流的各方面的研究及发展直接关系着家电企业的竞争力和市场地位，因而，家电企业把逆向物流研究及发展战略作为其强化竞争优势，提高市场地位的重要手段，实现家电企业逆向物流的可持续发展。首先阐明了企业逆向物流的定义及理论特征并且对其进行了原因分析，使我们大体了解逆向物流的基本状况，然后分析了家电企业逆向物流的基本状况和主要形式，并对这些形式进行了深度的分析。其次，对SWOT分析法进行了阐述，然后对家电企业的逆向物流进行了SWOT的分析，了解家电企业逆向
