1、安徽农业科学,JournalofAnhuiAgri.Sci.2014,42(13):3791-3792,3818责任编辑刘月娟责任校对况玲玲不同温光对温室番茄生理指标的影响*赵玉萍,徐占伟(新疆阿克苏地区农业技术推广中心,新疆阿克苏843000)摘要[目的]研究不同温度光照水平组合对番茄生理指标的影响,为番茄栽培过程中合理的温光搭配提供理论依据。[方法]在日光温室中,通过人工加温和补光,并设置不同的温光条件,测定番茄的生理指标,比较不同处理间差异,并对测定指标进行分析。[结果]随着温度的增加,番茄叶片内Chla和Chlb含量增加,叶绿素a/b值下降
2、,叶片游离脯氨酸(Pro)含量显著降低;在同一温度环境下,随着光照强度的增加,Chla和Chlb含量降低,而叶绿素a/b值、游离脯氨酸(Pro)含量、根系活力都呈增加趋势;但是,在自然温度处理环境,植株叶片内游离Pro含量高于增温3~4和6~7℃处理区,根系活力前期变化不明显,随着时间的延长根活力后期增加很快。[结论]随着光照强度的增加,叶绿素含量降低,Pro含量也增加;随着温度的增加,叶绿素含量增加,Pro含量降低;但是,在温度相同条件下,随着光照强度的增加,根系活力增加。关键词温光;番茄;生理指标+中图分类号S261文献标识码A文章编号0517
